Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time [12:00 pm] are usually processed the same day. Domestic delivery times are generally 2–5 working days within West Malaysia and 5–7 working days to East Malaysia. International deliveries typically require 7–21 working days, subject to customs clearance. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.

We are not liable for delays resulting from courier disruptions, customs inspections, or events beyond our control. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees. These costs are imposed by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or failure to collect from the courier, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, you may request re-delivery at your expense.
