Refund policy
You may request a return if the item received is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. Requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery for domestic orders or fourteen (14) days for international orders. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, email support@quranlifestore.com with your order number, clear photographs of the issue, and a brief explanation. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions and a return address.
If the error was ours, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a replacement or refund. If the return is due to other reasons, including change of mind, you must bear the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five to fourteen working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods. Exchanges are possible if stock is available; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
If your order arrives damaged during delivery, please notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. This allows us to file a claim with the courier.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. Once shipped, the standard returns process will apply. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is unsuccessful, stock is unavailable, or fraud or pricing errors are detected.
