Q: What is Quran Life Store?
A: Quran Life Store is a dedicated online shop for Qurans, Islamic books, prayer essentials, and related lifestyle products. Our goal is to deliver authentic, high-quality items to customers in Malaysia and worldwide.
Q: Are all your products authentic?
A: Yes. All our products are sourced from trusted publishers and suppliers. Every Quran we sell is produced locally in Malaysia by Yayasan Restu, end-to-end from manuscript to design, and is printed at Nasyrul Quran, the country’s largest Quran printing facility. This ensures authenticity, quality, and adherence to the highest publishing standards.
Q: Do you have a physical shop?
A: We operate primarily online. Selected products may be available for viewing at our partner locations. Please contact us for further details.
2. Orders & Payment
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our website, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the payment instructions, and you will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards, online banking via FPX, and e-wallets such as Touch ’n Go and GrabPay.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

3. Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship to many countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs requirements.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Estimated delivery times are as follows:
West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
East Malaysia: 5–7 working days
International destinations: 7–21 working days (subject to customs clearance)
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the courier’s website.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted only if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests must be made within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Q: How do I request a return or exchange?
A: Please email support@quranlifestore.com with your order number, photographs of the item, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
5. Bulk Orders & Customisation
Q: Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Q: Can I personalise a Quran or gift set?
A: We offer custom name engraving and gift packaging for selected Quran editions. Look for the “Customisable” label on the product page to see if this option is available.
